Very accommodating, Samantha does a fabulous job on my daughters hair. (Cut and highlights) I’ve had lash extensions done by Sam as well and loved them. Izzy has also done nails for both my daughter and myself and she is very meticulous. Very happy with all the services I’ve had there and The prices are very fair as well.
I went to The Charm House to get my hair color fixed. Maxim did an amazing job. My hair looks amazing. I highly recommend Maxim!!! I also get my nails done by Jalynn, She also does amazing work!! I am so excited that I only have to drive a few minutes to get the best hair and nail services!!!
The staff at this establishment is very kind. Not once have I been disappointed by the services received here. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I have recommended many of my friends and family to go to The Charm House.
Late to do the bride's hair for the wedding, didn't show up to do the hair for the reception the next day, and offered no explanation or apology.
The stylist was 1 hour late the wedding day. And didn't show up the next day for the reception. No call no message no nothing. I show up to pay and they wasn't there. I waited and no one showed up so I left and they want to charge me more because of it.
